Shipping Information

 

At this time, we do not ship internationally through this website.

You can purchase items through the Etsy shop, where we do send to a few destinations outside of the USA. Also, if there’s a specific item on this website you’d like to have shipped internationally, and we ship to your country, don't hesitate to get in touch with me.

We ship to all 50 states via USPS Priority with Signature Confirmation for most orders. If your order is larger we will look for a more affordable alternative, if it’s available.

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is ready to go. Please allow the USPS 24-48 hours to update the tracking information.

We recommend following your order tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order.

We use the USPS to ship your package and they are experiencing an unprecedented volume of packages to deliver.

Once we drop off your packages to the USPS, it’s in their hands and we have no control at that point.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are unable to take responsibility and will not refund or replace lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages marked "delivered" or "in-transit".

We ship to the address provided at checkout so you will need to work with your local USPS office if there’s an issue with delivery. We will not be held responsible for packages that have wrong or incomplete addresses. The cost to re-ship out your package with be at the expense of the buyer. If the order is undeliverable to the original address provided and is returned, the customer is required to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery and return fees.

We are not responsible for any items damaged during shipping transit and we will not accept damaged items for return.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and after payment is confirmed. All items are processed and sent out within 5 business days. Weekend orders will be processed during the following business day. Orders received after 5 PM PST on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.

Because of the current pandemic, we have suspended international shipping indefinitely.
